No refunds - All sales are final. However, in the case of broken or damaged goods upon arrival, we will either provide a store credit or send a new order to the customer (which ever the customer prefers).  In the event that such damage occurs, we will require photos to substantiate your cliam.  Our company ultimately reserves the right to honor or deny any claim if we suspect and fraudulent activity related to your claim or multiple repeat claims.

We ship with all major carriers including, but not limited to: USPS, UPS and FexEX. Shipping cost is relevant to customer delivery location and customers proximity to our various warehouse locations around the continental US. Costs may vary based on size of order, quantity of pieces included in orders and overall weight/ size of packaging required to fulfill each order.
